Took several minutes for anyone to answer after I pressed the button, not a huge deal, but the person that answered was extremely rude. Please and thank you go a long way in customer service.
Need to learn how to take orders. I ordered and didn't get half the things I ordered. Worst Sonic experience ive ever had.
Have been here a few times and every time our order is either messed up or the food is horrible. Calling corporate doesn't matter either. They took 2 weeks to even get back to me then another week before the manager even called me. He didn't seem to really care, like it was a common practice at his restaurant. Save your money and eat at some of the other places Osage City has to offer. Pictured is our last visit months ago of our "Supersonic Double Cheeseburger" and "Ultimate Chicken Sandwich".
Not that I ever have a good experience at this Sonic location, but today was especially annoying. Our server was incredibly short and rude and (unsurprisingly) they got the order wrong. It’s always an unreasonably long wait time or the order is wrong. Too bad it’s one of 6 restaurants in Osage.
Finally able to give a good review for this location. Although they missed something in the order they apologized and we're quick at getting it back out. Hoping this is a change with this place. To many bad experiences here. Hoping for continued good service
