There is a really neat Discovery Center that you've got to check out. The river walk and suspension bridge is fun, too! Also, during the summer, they have a splash pad! The rest is like any other park....

Great place in General, the staff are wonderful, cabins are excellent, cozy out near the river, so quite couldn't ask for a better place to spend some peaceful, quite time and enjoy the wildlife too.... Cabins has everything you need in them, refrigerator, stove, plates, cups, coffee maker, microwave, utensils, all you need to do is being your food and drinks ❤

I love this place... We go camping, fishing , hiking, and picnics. They have a river walk and a trail... They have the EDC building for walking through amd learning about nature and the animals around you.. They have snakes , alligators, & Turtles inside... They have a cypress tree bridge that was very fun crossing... It's really high up in the trees... There's no cost for this... So it's free family fun...you can appreciate. You can learn so much there... We find ourselves there several times a year... Camping you must make reservations. They have log cabins or you can bring your tents... Don't forget the marshmallows lol. Last but not least... They have a nice splash pad... For the kids to cool off in... It cost $3 to enter and that's for the whole day! They also have a concession stand to purchase food... No outside food permitted in the splash pad UNLESS your having a private party and reserve the splash pad...

Our family had a wonderful visit this past weekend. The kids LOVED the cabins, the bridge and the info/nature center. What a great surprise to find piles of firewood ready for our smores too :)
